Established in August of 2002, Caulfield Consulting has its headquarters in Northern Virginia. In 2013, our organization was certified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the Small Business Administration. Additionally, Caulfield Consulting is certified by the state of Virginia as a Small Women-owned and Minority-owned Business (SWaM). The founding partners, Susan and Sean Caulfield, bring decades of experience in working directly with the government and supporting government contracts. As government contractors, our leaders have worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Cubic, UPS, DHL and ARES on programs for the Department of Defense, as well as the United States Postal Service.


SeaPort-e

Caulfield Consulting, Inc. and our team members are honored to offer our services In Zone 2 (National Capital) in support of SeaPort-e. Caulfield Consulting has built a solid reputation in the industry for work in two of the functional Statement of Work (SOW) areas, Logistics Support and Public Affairs and Multimedia Support. Additionally, we teamed with other well-respected organizations to provide outstanding service and support in a third functional area, Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support.

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services for the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Under SeaPort-e these organizations procure services in twenty-two functional areas including:

With Caulfield Consulting, quality is a top priority and it is infused throughout the organizational culture. We know that in order to provide a quality product or service it is critical to define quality and measure the quality of our products and services. Our team strives to improve the overall quality on all of our work. Ultimately, the goal is to deliver valuable products and services by consistently utilizing quality information and reliable data to produce high quality and high confidence deliverables to our Seaport-e customers.

The Caulfield Consulting, Inc. management plans to work with staff and team members to ensure:

  • Appropriate planning is done in advance of the project start date to identify the activities, steps, timeline, milestones and standards necessary to complete the project.
  • When a project is implemented the entire team follows the plans set-forth prior to the start of the project.
  • Team members conduct quality checks throughout the duration of the project.
  • Appropriate team members take corrective action if and when a project is not following the established plan.
